There are 8 possible statuses your payment may receive:
Waiting - the first status for every payment. Usually means your payment is not paid yet.
Confirming/confirmed - a deposit is gaining confirmations on blockchain. We can't speed up the confirmation stage.
Wrong asset confirmed - deposit was sent via wrong network or wrong coin was sent. You can continue such payments manually on your side. Please take a look at this article; it describes how you can do it.
Sending - our system is sending the payment to your custody balance.
Partially paid - a completed payment. This status means you've already received your funds, but the amount sent by your customer was less than the settled price (a common customer mistake). Please note: we do not refund such payments as we no longer have access to the funds.

In your Dashboard (Settings ⇒ Payments ⇒ Deposits ⇒ Default payment status) you can configure this setting for repeated or wrong-asset deposits, choosing if you’d like to indicate underpaid payments as
We don’t recommend granting your goods / services to the customer by default if the payment has a partially paid status, since the difference in the amount can be any. For some types of businesses (iGaming / Trading or others where the exact payment amount is not important) feel free to use “Finished” status by default, for other types of businesses (e-commerce, travel or others where the exact payment amount matter) we recommend assigning underpaid payments a partially_paid status by default). |
Cancelled - additional custom status. You can set partially paid payment as cancelled to notify your customer, so they can reach you out with questions about payment. Customer will be notified only if he specified e-mail when sending the deposit.
IMPORTANT! - this status is not an automatic refund for such payments. If you set this status - you have to provide a refund to your customer.
Finished - a completed payment.
Failed - something went wrong during the transaction. Most likely, a customer sent an amount that was less than a minimum one for an exact coin pair.
Expired - a payment will receive this status if there was no deposit at all within 7 days after payment creation OR the funds were not detected by the system due to some reason (e.g. a customer sent the deposit using a network we don't work with).
