Our basic integration tool - payment link. You can find it in your dashboard
It allows you to create a link, which you can provide to your customer and receive funds for goods/services you provide.
Creating a new payment link is simple:
- Choose cryptocurrency you want to create a payment link with or let "All currencies" if you want let your customer to choose. List of available currencies can be changed in Coin settings
- Set the price. By default it's in USD, but you can change your base currency in payment settings.
- Order description and Order ID - it's up to you to fill this two, both fields are optional.
- Fixed rate - when creating a payment it will be fixed rate payment - for your customer current rate for exact currency will be fixed for 4 minutes.
- Fee paid by user - set this option if you want to include all fees to be added to price. It will add an additional amount, so your customer will cover all fees.
And few more things about our invoices and payments:
- Invoices are timeless. They have no expiration date
- Invoice or any payment can't be deleted
- Payments although, live for 7 days - after that, our system will stop tracking it
- Repeated deposits to the same addresses will automatically create a new payment with another id
- "Wrong asset confirmed" means your customer made a mistake and sent it by the wrong network or sent another coin instead. If we support token - we can process it, but you have to inform customer support team about this payment.
